Background
The option to select a location is a crucial component of online ordering, enabling users to pinpoint the site where they want to place their order.
As more people turn to virtual food delivery services, restaurants have adapted by enhancing their online ordering capabilities. Nevertheless, certain locations may not have this feature. To address this, the location picker page shows users all restaurant locations, including those without online ordering, and supplies them with pertinent details.
Configuration Steps LB 2.0 New Admin
Step 1: Log into New Adm < Operate < Locations
Step 2: Choose the location you want to show up as non-ordering and click the three dots on the top right
Step 3: Scroll down and under "status" set to offline
Note: To reactivate a store, ensure it has at least one service type active.
Guest Experience
The online ordering button should be greyed out and go nowhere when clicked, and the text should say "order in person."
Changing the button text in LB 2.0 Old Admin
Step 1: Switch to old Admn > Settings > Locator
Step 2: Edit Inactive_text_short > write what you wish to say in the box > click update
Step 3: Edit inactive_text > write what you wish to say in the box > click update
Note: You CAN NOT change the button text on the New Adm Panel, only on the Old Admin.
