1. Is Sift Available On Lunchbox New Dashboard?

We cannot set up SIFT on the New 2.0 Adm Dashboard because the Menu category is unavailable. We MUST switch to "old adm."

2. Can the Sift and Lunch box be integrated with any processor?

No. Sift is only currently supported with the World pay/ParPay Integration.

3. How do I set up Sift?

The Lunchbox configurations team is responsible for setting it up.

4. Do Lunchbox 1.0 Clients have Sift available?

Yes. Clients on LB 1.0 all have Sift turned on, and, for now, they do not have to pay any extra cost to have it.

5. I am a client migrating from LB 1.0 to 2.0. Will Sift be turned on automatically?

For all Clients migrating from 1.0 to 2.0, Sift will be turned on automatically, and they do not have to pay any extra cost for it. All new clients will also have Sift as part of their contract.
