Turning New Location "ON" when ready to Launch

Introduction

Here is a quick step-by-step guide on how to turn on your location that is ready to launch in each version of Lunchbox Dashboard.


LB 2.0 - Turning New Location "ON" when ready to Launch

Note: The location should only be turned on after you receive an email from your Implementation Project Manager with the steps below.

How do I turn my location on LB 2.0 when ready to launch?

This step is for partners on the new LB 2.0 only.

Step 1 . Log into your Lunchbox Admin Dashboard and click "Jump to Adm".

Click on Locations

Step 2. Click on "Locations" under "Operate".

Click on Jump To Admin

Step 3. Choose the location you wish to turn on, click on the three dots on the top right, and click edit.

Step 4. Make sure the field "Status" is set to "Live".

NOTE: If the status is not set to LIVE, please reach out to the Implementation Project Manager by responding to your launch email.

Step 5. Make sure the field "Test Store" is set to "NO". This will ensure your store is no longer in testing mode.

Step 6. Please email us at [email protected] and let us know your location has been turned on

This email confirms that we have tuned On (LOCATION NAME + BRAND).

Congratulations, you have launched your location!

LB 2.0 (Old Adm) - Turning New Location "ON" when ready to Launch

How do I turn my location on LB 2.0 (Old Adm) when ready to launch?

This step is for LB 2.0 (OLD Adm) partners that haven't yet migrated to the new LB 2.0.

Note: The location should only be turned on after you receive an email from your Implementation Project Manager with the steps below.

Step 1 . Log into your Lunchbox Admin Dashboard.

Step 2. Click on Locations.

Click on Locations

Step 3. Click on Select a Different Location.

Click on Select a Different Location

Step 4. Click on "store search" to find the location you wish to turn on.

Click on To search by store number, enter # + store number

Step 5. Scroll down and click "edit location."

Click on Business Hours…

Step 6. Make sure the field "Test Store" is set to "NO". This will ensure your store is no longer in testing mode.

Select No from Test Store

Step 7. Make sure the field "Status" is set to "Live".

NOTE: If the status is not set to LIVE, please reach out to the Implementation Project Manager by responding to your launch email.

Step 8. Double-check both "Status" and"Test Store" fields before hitting SAVE.

Step 9. Please email us at [email protected] and let us know your location has been turned on

LB 1.0 - Turning New Location "ON" when ready to Launch

How do I turn my location on LB 1.0 when ready to launch?

This step is for LB 1.0 partners only.

Note: The location should only be turned on after you receive an email from your Implementation Project Manager with the steps below.

Step 1. Log into your LB 1.0 dashboard and click on Locations.

Type the "Location Name" you wish to turn on

Step 2. Type the "Location Name" you wish to turn on

Click on Locations

Step 3. Select the location you wish to turn on.

Always Toggle ON "Location Status" to "Active"

Step 4. Always Toggle ON "Location Status" to "Active".

Step 5. Chose the other services you wish to Toggle ON and turn them to "Active".

Congratulations, you have launched your new location!

Activating Catering Service Type on LB 1.0

Step 1. Select Catering < Grups < Choose your location and click the service type to make it active.
