Web Design: Adding a Logo to Emails - Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Updated over a week ago

There are many ways to customize your brand's website and app on Lunchbox Adm Dashboard. Follow the steps to add a customized logo to order confirmations, cancelations, and any other emails.

Steps to Adding a Logo to Emails:

Steps 1 to 4: Navigate to the New Admin Dashboard ➝ Design ➝ Web ➝ Email Assets.

From there, you will see two fields named Email Logo and Email Logo Alt Tag.

LIMITATIONS:

  • This feature is ONLY for email customization

  • The Email Logo and Alt Tag text will run across all Lunchbox-generated emails. We cannot update the logo per email type sent. It is all or nothing at this time.

Email Logo Pic Size Information

  • Recommended Dimensions: Width 100px, Height 40px

  • Max Accepted Dimensions: Width 2000px, Height 1000px

  • Max File Size Accepted: 2MB

  • Accepted File Types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG, GIF

Note: Once your image has been uploaded, describe the logo in the "Alt Tag" field.

Examples: Pappa Gino's Pizzeria or Can't wait to see you soon at Pure Taco! logo image

Alt Tag text will be generated if the image is broken within the email and will also be generated for customers who may use Screen Readers to use the web and app experiences.

This is how the logo will appear once you upload it.

Step 5: After you've uploaded your image and alt tag text, hit the "Save" button.

Step 6: To test, place an order via the Web or App UI experiences to generate the email to view the changes made.

  • Alt Text will generate if the image is broken within the email and will also generate for customers that may use Screen Readers to use the web and app experiences.

This is how the logo will appear in the email for order confirmation or cancellation.
