  • distance <=: this is a radius rule that will be defined by the distance diameter from the location in miles

4. For this example, we are using the Distance Rule

Enter the diameter distance in miles that this location will deliver to.

Distance Rules do not need a map drawn for the location.

5. Enter the Min Order Total Amount

This is typical in Service Types for non-delivery Service Types but is configured in the delivery rule for each location. This is how much a guest must spend before they can check out for a delivery order.

6. Enter the Delivery Charge Amount

All fields must be entered, even if it is 0

7. Make Optional Selections & Save

You can choose to make a delivery rule for internal use only, which is great for Admins who need to transfer Held orders (like for catering delivery).

You can also select if this delivery rule is specific to a delivery service type (standard or catering).

Once you've reviewed your Rule Parameters in full, click Save.
