Let’s get delivery areas set up in Brink to define the radius around your locations where you will / will not accept delivery orders from your guests.
Notes: You should walk through these steps for each of your locations. Once you adjust the delivery area of your locations, Lunchbox will need to manually update your locations in the Lunchbox Enterprise Dashboard to reflect the changes.
Step 1: Begin by navigating to the account-specific URL to access the Brink Dashboard then click the Configuration drop-down > Settings Editor on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Next Click Destinations on the left-hand side of the screen, and add the necessary Lunchbox Destinations by selecting the Pen Icon next to the Destination you would like to edit.
Step 3: Navigate to the Delivery Zones tab.
Note: The Delivery Zones tab is only available if the Delivery check box on the Delivery tab is checked. Limit by Delivery Zones: Limit delivery address to specific delivery zones.
Step 4: Click the ‘Add Destination Delivery Zone’ button at the bottom of the list which opens the Add dialog, where you can specify the Name, Surcharge, and area of a delivery zone.
Step 5: Select OK when complete.
Step 6: Select OK when complete.
Step 7: Repeat the above process for each location being sent to Lunchbox
Step 8: Once completed, click Save at the top of the screen
