Let’s get delivery areas set up in Toast to define the radius around your locations where you will / will not accept delivery orders from your guests.

Notes: You should walk through these steps for each of your locations.

Once you adjust the delivery area of your locations Lunchbox will import automatically. Location imports occur on average every five minutes.

Step 1: From the Toast Admin Dashboard select a location from the dropdown at the top of the site.

Step 2: To adjust the delivery area for a location scroll down the homepage and click on Other Setup > Takeout / Delivery

Step 3: Next, scroll down to the Delivery Enabled setting and make sure this is set to Enable delivery using your own delivery drivers.

Note: If this setting is not toggled on you will not be able to see the Delivery Map required for Step 3.

Step 4: Next Scroll down the page until you reach the Delivery Area section. Start drawing your location’s delivery area by clicking and adjusting the red pins on the map or click to add some more.

Note: If you have never had a delivery boundary before click the square at the top right hand corner of the map to begin drawing your radius.

Step 5: Click Save

Note: If you click save and delivery shows as disabled again. Simply click the enable delivery again scroll down to delivery map and ensure that your changes were saved. This sometimes occurs if Online Ordering was not activated. Contact Toast Support to have them check configurations if this behavior occurs.

Step 6: Publish Now the changes so the updated delivery area is available for Lunchbox to import.

Note: If delivery is not toggled on for a location, certain delivery settings will not be visible. Once you have completed this step you can disable delivery and the map will be saved in the Toast Database for future importing and updating.
