What
Ahead of Lunchbox onboarding a restaurant to our platform the restaurant must create an admin employee in Toast for our support and customer success teams.
Details
[email protected]
should be added as an admin employee for all locationsThe Lunchbox admin employee should be:
granted super admin access to all permissions
added to all locations that are currently being onboarded by Lunchbox’s Delivery team
Note: Assigning permissions can be done in a few ways, location by location via a job code or through overriding the permissions of the employee location by location.
Why
Granting the Lunchbox Team access to the Toast backend and restaurant-facing POS provides our team visibility into your Toast environment to better troubleshoot issues that may arise in your POS. These permissions also provide our team with the ability to assist in configuration adjustments should they be necessary for a successful launch.
