NOTE: Call Center is only available on Lunchbox 2.0
Command (Call) Center Ordering Overview
This article covers what needs to be selected in the Command (Call) Center before adding items to an order for Pickup, Caring, and Take-out.
To access the Call Center, log into your Lunchbox Account and click "switch to old admin" on the top right.
1. Navigate to the Older 2.0 Admin Dash version and click Call Center on the top Navigation Bar
Suggestion: Open this Call Center in a New Tab
2. Search or Register a Customer to start a New Order
To edit orders, click the Order Dashboard link to view all the location's editable orders.
3. Once you've Located or Registered the Customer, click Start Order
Pick-Up & Catering Pick-Up Orders
For Pick Up style orders, you'll only need to enter the ZIP or State in the Location Search
1. Select Pick-Up
This applies to Catering Pick Up as well
2. Select the Ready Time & Date
If this is an ASAP pickup order, you don't need to select anything else.
For Catering orders, you may be unable to select ASAP orders, so choose a time and date that falls outside your Lead Time parameters.
3. Navigate to the Location section & Click Search
4. Use ZIP and/or STATE to find locations for Pick Up, then click Search
5. The Nearest location will appear for you to click Place Order then
If you see the option greyed out or unavailable, you may need to change the Service Type and/or Ready Time/Date
Delivery & Catering Delivery Orders
For Delivery style orders, you'll only need to enter the full address in the Location Search
1. Select Delivery
This applies to Catering Delivery as well
2. Select the Ready Time & Date
If this is an ASAP delivery order, you don't need to select anything else.
For Catering orders, you may not be able to select ASAP orders, so choose a time and date that falls outside of your Lead Time parameters.
3. Navigate to the Location section & Click Search
4. Use the full address to find locations for Delivery, then click Search
5. The Nearest location will appear for you to click Place Order then
