NOTE: Call Center is only available on Lunchbox 2.0
Overview
Fuze provides cloud-based communication and collaboration products and services. The Call Center does not directly use Fuze. Some of our clients do, and all that is needed is to forward their RingCentral number(s) to the specific Call Center DID number so we can provide the Call Center service.
Setting up
Step 1: Adding an Individual User Profile
Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
Click Users.
On the Users page, click Create User
Under Basic Information, complete the required fields.
First name
Last name
Email
Username
Type: Lunchbox
Type: Tech
Type: [email protected]
Type: LunchboxTech
Select the Site for the user from the Site drop-down.
Select the Language for the user from the Language drop-down.
Click Save
Step 2: Assign Administrator Rights
Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
Click Menu (three horizontal lines top left of the page).
Click Roles & permissions and click Assignments.
Click + Create assignment (Top right of the page).
Fill in the following fields:
Assign to (Select the new user created in the previous step)
Role
Scope
Click Save. The new assignment will be listed under the Assignments page.

Once you have finished creating the Admin, we can contact 8x8 (Fuze) Support and make the necessary changes on your behalf.
