Set up an email to receive catering emails only

Important: This ability is configured in local-level Service Type settings. You will need to configure this per each location, per Catering service type, if the brand desires to have all Catering emails flow into a requested email address.

  • Navigate to the New Admin Dashboard ➝ Service Types ➝ Select a Location ➝ Select the Catering Pickup or Catering Delivery tile

  • Within the local Service Types settings, you will find a field called E-Contact.

  • Click on the (+) button to add the brand's desired email address to receive their Catering emails. You'll need to supply the following information:

    • First Name: This can be the Brand Name, Brand Contact, or Service Type.

    • Last Name: This can be the Brand Name, Brand Contact, or Service Type.

    • Email Address: This will be the brand's desired email address they have provided.

    • Click "Save."

  • You will see the E-Contact created after saving. You can add multiple email addresses that should receive these emails generated by the Service Type it is attached to.

  • You can also delete the E-Contact information per user created by clicking on the three dots on the right-hand side of the user's information.

  • Once a user is created, you cannot edit the information provided. You'll need to delete the user and create a new one with the correct information.
