Customers
The Customers tab gives Restaurant Partners access to their customers' profiles to manage and locate past orders.

Customers
1. From the "Jump to Admin" Dashboard, navigate to Operate and click on Customers
2. To find a customer's profile, search using one or more of the search parameters and click Apply Filters
Search Parameters include:
Search: Customer Name
Email: Customer Email Address
Phone: Customer Phone Number
Status: Active or Inactive
You can also Sort By any of the above parameters
Note: Currently there is no clear distinction between Active and Inactive Customers. Both have access to place orders with the Brand. More info coming soon!
Edit Customer
Use the following instructions to Edit a customer's profile.
1. After you search and find the desired customer, select the 3 dots and click on Edit Customer
2. Edit Customer & Save
If there is a need to edit the customer's information, you can update the following:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Birth Date (Optional)
Status (Doesn't currently change anything as of 1.1.24)
View Orders
Use the following instructions to view a customer's orders.
1. Navigate back to the Customer's tab, search for the customer using one or more of the search parameters and click Apply Filters
2. After you search and find the desired customer, select the 3 dots and click on View Orders
3. The View Orders page will display all of that Customer's orders. Once you find the order you're looking for, select the 3 dots and click View Details
The View Orders will display all past and future orders. You'll be able to view the specifics of each order by using the View Details link. (this is the same link located in the Orders and Order Search tabs)
4. After you click View Details, you will be taken to the Order Details, where you can view and manage the order you were looking for.
This will automatically take you to the Orders tab. To navigate back to Customers, simply select the Customers tab in the left panel.
