Integrations
The Integrations Tab is where Local Integration settings can be configured for each location. These integrations include POS, Delivery Providers and Order Aggregation Providers.
Integrations
1. From the "Jump to Admin" Dashboard, navigate to Operate and click on Integrations
2. Select a Location to adjust Integration settings
Note: This is for Location-specific Integration settings. Global Integration settings are typically set up by Lunchbox configurations. You will, however, be able to view and overwrite some Integration settings.
POS Integrations
POS Integrations include any POS that Lunchbox can integrate with. There is typically 1 option to manage here.
1. For POS (Point of Sale) Integrations, navigate to POS and select the POS listed (for example Toast)
Once the POS has been selected, you'll be able to view Global Integration settings and overwrite them by entering details in the Local Integration settings on the left.
2. Once you've made the changes to your local POS Integration settings, click on Save.
Delivery Integrations
Delivery Providers include last-mile delivery services such as Doordash Drive, Uber Direct and Relay as well as LB Delivery Dispatch. There is typically 1 option to manage here.
1. For Delivery Integrations, navigate to Delivery and select the Delivery Integration listed (for example Doordash Drive)
Once the Delivery Provider has been selected, you'll be able to view Global Integration settings and overwrite them by entering details in the Local Integration settings on the left.
2. Once you've made the changes to your local Delivery Integration settings, click on Save.
Order Provider Integrations
Order Provider Integrations include 3PD Marketplaces such as UberEats, Doordash, Grubhub as well as Order with Google. Depending on what has been purchased, there could be multiple options to manage here.
1. For Order Provider Integrations, navigate to Order and select the Delivery Integration listed (for example Doordash)
Once the Order Provider has been selected, you'll be able to view Global Integration settings and overwrite them by entering details in the Local Integration settings on the left.
2. Once you've made the changes to your local Order Provider Integration settings, click on Save.
