Doordash & Lunchbox Essential Integration
You can request a Doordash driver for the delivery orders you receive.
How much is it?
Each Doordash delivery is $7.00 and any tip added to the order will be allocated to the Doordash driver. $7.00 delivery fee + tips will be charged at the end of every month.
How to activate
In the Lunchbox Essential admin, go to Settings -> Integrations
Click Enable button under Doordash
Click Activate Doordash Delivery toggle and click SAVE button
You need to activate Doordash in your delivery zones. Go to Settings -> Restaurant Settings -> Delivery Settings, Hours and Zones Click edit the delivery zone that you want to activate Doordash. Or create a new zone.
Click Activate Doordash Delivery toggle and click SAVE or UPDATE button
If you activate Doordash Delivery for a delivery zone, as soon as you confirm a delivery order we will call a Doordash Driver to deliver your order. After confirming an order you can track the Doordash driver by clicking Track Order Status button in the order details modal.

Click configure button under Doordash

Click activate Doordash Delivery toggle and click SAVE button. Make sure you enter any pickup instructions that would help the delivery driver, i.e. if there is a pickup shelf or back door they should use.

You need to activate Doordash in your delivery zones. Go to Settings -> Restaurant Settings -> Delivery Settings, Hours and Zones under Order Types

Click edit the delivery zone that you want to activate Doordash. Or create a new zone.

Click edit the delivery zone that you want to activate Doordash. Or create a new zone. Update the zone settings with a delivery radius, min order, delivery fee, etc. Click when complete.
Step 7
If you activate Doordash Delivery for a delivery zone, as soon as you confirm a delivery order we will call a Doordash Driver to deliver your order. After confirming an order you can track the Doordash driver by clicking Track Order Status button in the order details modal.
Engaging DoorDash Support
If you are experiencing issues that require DoorDash's support, follow the steps below to engage their support team for further assistance.
Access the Support Form: Visit the DoorDash support form by clicking on the following link: DoorDash Support Form.
Fill Out the Form: Complete the form with the required information regarding the issue you are facing.
Include Secondary Email: In the form, you will find a field for a 'Secondary email'. Please enter the following email address in that field: [email protected]. This ensures that the Lunchbox support team is kept in the loop and can assist further if needed.
Submit the Form: After filling out the form, submit it to notify the DoorDash support team of your issue.
Follow Up: If you do not receive a response from DoorDash, please circle back to the Lunchbox support team for additional assistance.
