The Reports panel is used to track the sales of your business. It shows all your sales made using the Lunchbox Essential platform.
When you open each of the reporting tabs, the data should be updated to time. You can reopen or refresh the report to display new data.
Sales Overview
Sales Overview is broken down into 3 categories under the Sales Summary section:
Orders: the orders that are made by customers.
Gross Sales: total sales generated from the orders placed.
Average Ticket Size: the average dollar amount your customers are spending per order.
You can search through sales data via the Date Range option – look at your data from years ago, the last 12 months, 6 months, a particular month or week, or on a particular day. There is an option to perform a search on a custom range, as well. You can also toggle to adjust the time of day in your search as well.
Under Payment Methods, you will see all the payment methods used by your customers.
Under Last 5 Orders, you will see the latest five orders placed, along with the order number, customer, order type, and grand total.
When you click on More Details, it will lead you to the Sales Summary tab.

In this section, you can search through order data via the Date Range option – look at your data from years ago, the last 12 months, 6 months, a particular month or week, or on a particular day.
You will see the Taxable Amount in dollars, the Tax Rate of your location, and the Tax Collected in dollars.
Underneath, you will see the total number of taxes calculated in these categories:
