Setting Delivery Zones in Lunchbox Essential
Here are the steps to set up the delivery zones for your restaurant.
How to set up Delivery Zones
Click Settings on the side panel
Select Restaurant Settings
Click DELIVERY SETTINGS, HOURS AND ZONES under ORDER TYPES
Click ADD NEW DELIVERY ZONE
Select if you are drawing a Circle or Polygon Zone. Circle will be automatically selected
Enter the Zone Name
Use the slide bar to determine the Delivery Radius for a circle or draw your Delivery Lines for a polygon
Enter a Delivery Minimum if applicable
Select if your Delivery Fee is a $ (dollar amount) or % (percentage of check) and enter amount
Check the TAXABLE box if your fee is taxed (check your local or state laws regarding taxed vs untaxed fees)
Click SAVE if finished building your zone or click EXTRA OPTIONS for additional settings:
Rename Delivery Fee
Add Conditions to Delivery Fees to charge different delivery fees for different order totals
Select accepted payment methods for delivery
Add a surcharge for Delivery Zone
Add Delivery Bag Fee
Repeat with any additional Delivery Zones
When all Delivery Zones are added, click DONE WITH DELIVERY ZONES
Click SAVE CHANGES

Click SAVE if finished building your zone or click EXTRA OPTIONS for additional settings:
Rename Delivery Fee
Add Conditions to Delivery Fees to charge different delivery fees for different order totals

Repeat with any additional Delivery Zones

When all Delivery Zones are added, click DONE WITH DELIVERY ZONES
