NOTE: Otter integration with Lunchbox supports Web, App, and Catering platforms for single-brand Restaurant Partners, as well as Web and App platforms for Marketplace (multi-brand) restaurants with a single Otter account.

Compatibility with other LB Products
Single-brand Restaurant Partners
While Credit and Tier loyalty systems can be used, in-store earnings or redemptions are not supported.
Scan-to-Pay, Pocket Kiosk, Subscriptions, and Lunchbox eGift Cards are not compatible with the Otter integration
Marketplace (Multi-brand) Restaurant Partners
All brands must be on a single Otter account to be compatible with Lunchbox Web and App platforms
Catering ordering platform is not offered to multi-brand Restaurant Partners
Scan-to-Pay, Pocket Kiosk, Subscriptions, and Lunchbox eGift Cards are not compatible with the Otter integration
Reporting
Lunchbox reporting will be the source of truth for all reporting on Lunchbox orders
