Introduction

The Audience Segmentation feature enables Restuarant Partners to create an audience by segmenting their guest list by one or more criteria related to guests' account history, order history, and/or loyalty activity. The resulting list can be used to create targeted marketing messages within the Admin Dashboard or be exported to be used on external marketing platforms.

Use case example

If you need to export a list of your loyalty members along with their current points, you can do so by creating an audience list with specific filters related to loyalty points. This process will allow you to generate a report that includes the name, email, and current loyalty points of each member.

Limitations

Feature Availability

  • This feature is available on the New Admin Dashboard only

Adding Multiple Segmentation Criteria

  • Currently, when using multiple segmentation criteria, Restaurant Partners cannot mix and match “And” and “Or” conditions – the same operator will apply to all criteria

Refreshing Audience

  • After an audience is created, it is not updated automatically as guests, order, and loyalty data change. This requires refreshing the audiences.

  • Clicking on the “Refresh Audiences” button only refreshes the audiences on the page the user is
