Analytics Breakdown Overview
Analytics Breakdown is the default page for Lunchbox Admin Dashboard; it is a fresh overall view of your business. From Total Items Ordered, to Total Revenue, to Average Order Gross, this page is a great summary of your business statistics.
Analytics Breakdown Feature
The Analytics Overview showcases:
Revenue (Gross): Metric displays the gross revenue that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Number of Orders: Metric displays the number of orders that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Check Average (Gross): Metric displays the gross check average that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Revenue from Loyalty: Metric displays the revenue accumulated from loyalty that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Average Customer Visit: Metric displays the average customer visit that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Delivery Order Percentage: Metric displays the delivery order percentage that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Check Average (Net): Metric displays the net check average that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Loyalty Redeemed: Metric displays the amount of loyalty redeemed for the selected Brand based on the selected date range.
Total Sales: Graph metric displaying the total sales that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Platform Sales (App and Web): Graph metric displaying the platform (i.e., App vs Web) sales that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Total Orders: Graph metric displaying the total orders that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Order Type (Pickup and Delivery): Graph metric displaying the type of orders (i.e., Pickup vs Delivery) that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Daily Registrations: Graph metric displaying the new users / daily registrations that the selected Brand has based on the selected date range.
Filtering Feature
The Analytics Breakdown Reporting feature can be filtered by using the date range selector (located in the upper right-hand corner) to determine how the data is delivered. Just click on the date range to open pre-set filters or a custom range; the arrows to each side of the date range allow you to select incrementally.
