Email Templates Overview
Email marketing is critical to the success of a brand and its reach to customers both creatively and strategically. The communication through these marketing emails must be clear, concise, and consistent in order to be efficient. Lunchbox ensures that all email marketing and communications follow these requirements.

Limitations
Always select the Save button and then select the Publish button. If you only select the Publish button, it will erase all of your work.
Footer colors do not accept capitalized letters.
Standard Email Templates
The following is a list of email templates that are available on the Lunchbox Admin Dashboard, what each email template is used for, and how they are triggered:
Welcome Template
Purpose/Triggers: Welcome emails are sent to a guest as soon as the guest’s account is created.
Used for: Native Ordering, Marketplace, and Catering
Properties:
Images: (Purpose, Scale, Size, Resolution, Redirect Link Behavior)
Images that comprise the bulk of the email include the header, hero image, and body.
Header:
Client Logo; 800 x 215px; Export @ 2x
Optional: Redirect to client website URL
Main:
Hero Image; 800 x 500px; Export @ 2x
Optional: Redirect to client website URL
Title:
Title and Body Text Image (as an image to preserve client font usage); Export @ 2x

Order:
Use text "Order Now" for the button

Styling:
Background: Button background color; use restaurant's primary brand color
Color: Button text, use either #000000 (black) or #FFFFFF (white) depending on the background color of the button is dark or light.
Contact Email:
Include the restaurant's email address in both Link Text and Link URL fields

Forgot Password Template
Purpose/Triggers: Forgot Password emails are sent to a guest who requests a password reset.
Used for: Native Ordering, Marketplace, and Catering
