2n - Associate The Online Ordering Menu (Brink)

Disclaimer: This article is for Lunchbox 2 Enterprise customers only. If your dashboard header looks the same as below, you are in the right place:


Lunchbox will need to associate the Online Ordering Menu with the menu we will be using in Brink.


Step 1: Begin by navigating to the account-specific URL to access the Brink Dashboard then click the Configuration drop-down > Settings Editor on the left-hand side of the screen.

Step 2: Click on Options option in the left-hand menu

Step 3: Select the Online Ordering tab.

Step 4: Select the General sub-tab.

Step 5: Using the Menu Dropdown select the menu that will be used for online ordering and ensure the following settings are setup accordingly.

  • In-Store Menu - Online

  • Section - Restaurant

  • Time Increment - 5

  • Enforce Daily Cutoff Time - Unchecked

  • Order Payment - Allowed

  • Item Price Format - c

  • Customer Required - Unchecked

  • Suggest Ideal Order - Unchecked

  • Allow Order Cancellation - Checked

  • Allow Item Notes - Checked

  • Ingredient Modifier Codes Enabled - Checked

  • Allow Multiple Modifier Codes Per Item - Unchecked

  • Accept Orders When Master Offline - Unchecked

  • Show Declined Payment Details - Unchecked

  • Mobile Skin - Blank

  • Allow Tips - Unchecked or Checked base on if the restaurant partner wants to accept tips for Online Ordering.

Step 6: Click the Blue OK Box at the bottom right-hand corner.

Note: If tips are enabled proceed to step 3o for instructions. These must be setup on both in the options tab and enabled under the appropriate tender type.
