Analytics: Failed to POS
Overview
This report shows the breakdown of successes or failures of orders being sent to POS.
This report can be filtered by date and location to view the Failed/Sent to POS data.
How is this report calculated?
Failed To POS: Orders in the Admin Hold status are considered as failed to be sent to POS, and the total is displayed.
Sent to POS: Orders that have successfully passed through the Sent to POS status are considered as successfully sent to POS, and the total is displayed.
