Since categories are also leveraged for reporting purposes, sometimes a Square partner may need to import an item into a different category than they wish to have displayed during the ordering journey. (Example: Salad imported into a Salad Category but they want this salad to display in the Entrees Category) To achieve this a few extra steps have to occur in Lunchbox.
