2x - Toast In-Store ECard Gift Card Purchase & Balance Inquiry Workflow

Step 1: Punch into the POS using your login

Step 2: Select Quick Order

Step 3: Navigate to the Gift Card Button from here you can perform a Balance Inquiry

Step 4: Using the number pad enter a valid ECard Gift Card Number and click Done.

A successful lookup will return the balance left on the Card. As seen below.

Step 3: Navigate to the Gift Card Button from here you can perform Click Add Value.

Step 4: Next you will enter the amount to add to the Gift Card.

Step 5: Using the number pad or Scan Button enter a valid ECard Gift Card Number and click Done.

Note: Scanning the QR Code will not work on Legacy Toast Gift Cards but WILL Work on New Cards Purchased from ECard.

Step 6: Pay for the Order using Cash or Credit Card. DO NOT CLOSE THIS TO LUNCHBOX.
