Brink In Store Loyalty Order Entry Overview
This article covers the ordering journey from the POS when a restaurant is looking up a customer from Brink POS.
Brink In Store Loyalty order Entry Walkthrough
Lookup a Guest
Step 1: Start an order and Click the Lookup Guest Button that has been created.
We recommend this button be added to the Menu Screen and the Pay Close Screen so that both lookup options are available.
Step 2: Type in the customers Phone Number or Email Address and press Done
Step 3: While looking up you will see this loading window as Brink is attempting to perform the lookup.
Step 4: Available Rewards will return and the Customer name and Point will appear. Note that if a customer has 53 points it will display as 0.53 in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Note: For item based Rewards you must have the qualifying item added to the order.
Step 5: Once the reward that you wish to apply is selected click OK
Step 6: As Brink calls to Lunchbox to redeem the reward the screen will once again load and look like this.
Step 7: When the discount has successfully applied to the order It will appear on the check screen like this...
Note: The Brink integration uses the same coupon for all in store discounts. You can tell what discount was applied by viewing the name directly below the discount.
Step 8: Proceed to Pay and Close the check as you normally would with any other Brink Transaction.
Look up a Customers Available Rewards Again
At times you may want to check the available rewards again after the customer has already been added to the order to do so...
Step 1: Click the Redeem Rewards Button
Step 2: Click the Redeem Rewards Button
Available Rewards will return and the Customer name and Point will appear. Note that if a customer has 53 points it will display as 0.53 in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Step 5: Once the reward that you wish to apply is selected click OK
Clear a Guest From the Check
At times you may need to remove a customer account from the loyalty transaction. To do so...
Step 1: Click the Clear Guest Button to remove a customer from the order.
