Overview
This report was developed to show a breakdown of week-over-week sales for all restaurant locations or location(s) to which the Admin user is assigned, depending on their role in the organization.
Week-Over-Week Sales by location report generation
To access this report, log in to the Admin dashboard and
Select Analytics from the left sidebar
Select Week over Week Sales Report by Location
The default time range is 7 days, but the date range can be adjusted.
The report shows:
Location(s) name
The "Week of" column (Monday is set as the first day)
Total Sales amount per week
Number of orders per week
The percentage difference between each week
Sales Total Amount for assigned locations
Depending on the role in the restaurant organization, the Week-over-Week Sales by Location can vary.
Users with Corporate Manager, Chain Admin, Lunchbox Admin, and Report Manager roles can see a week-by-week report for all locations.
Users with other roles assigned might have limited access to this report.
For example,
An Admin user with corporate manager can view the full report for all locations.
The Admin user with House Account Admin can only view the report for the assigned location(s).
Additionally, these reports can be downloaded as Excel and CSV by selecting the Download button
How are Sales calculated?
Order Count: The sum of the number of orders in each period, depending on time, source, and location filters
Taxes: Sum of the tax value of all orders in the period
Tips: Sum of the tip value of all orders in the period
Delivery Fee: Sum of the delivery charge value of all orders in the period
Discount: Sum of the coupon value of all orders in the period
Sales Total: Sum of the subtotals + delivery charge of all orders in the period
