If you HAVE NOT used Aloha Online Ordering before restaurants will need to request to have their locations provisioned by NCR. If you HAVE already have access to your site IDs please add them to your configuration workbook and skip this step.

Complete the Site Import Sheet for Site Service

A Site will need to be created in Site Service for each of your locations. To do this, you will need to...

Step 1: Complete the Site Import Sheet for Site Service spreadsheet and email to NCR with your IPM ccd on the email. Use the instructions below when filling out the Sites Import spreadsheet that creates the Enterprise Units in a BSL organization.

Please reference the link below for detailed field information that will be needed for filling out the sheet.

Step 2: Once completed, NCR will return the provisioning information to you, which we ask that you then forward to your Lunchbox IPM, as it will have information required for the setup of each of your locations in Lunchbox.
