Location Status Feature
Location Status controls the status of the location and when it should be accessible to the customer.
Location Status Process
Step 1: You can use the toggle for activating or deactivating the following options for each location:
Location Status: Takes the location entirely online or offline for all types of orders.
Delivery Status: Takes the location entirely online or offline for Delivery orders.
Pickup Status: Takes the location entirely online or offline for Pickup orders.
Kiosk Status: Takes the location entirely online or offline for Kiosk orders.
NOTE: When you change a location status to Inactive, the location is entirely offline for all types of orders (e.g., Delivery or Pickup) and this location will not appear on Web or App.
Step 2: You'll also notice a blue button labeled Delivery Radius; it is within the Location Status section. Select the button and a map will appear that visually displays the range that your store location accommodates for delivery.
NOTE: It is recommended that you work with the Support Team when editing the Delivery Radius.
Step 3: The Edit Details section allows you to change the following fields:
Timezone: The timezone for this particular location, defaulted to Eastern Standard Time (e.g., America/New_York).
Prep Time Estimate: The estimated time that it will take for the restaurant to prepare the order (measured in minutes).
Delivery Time Estimate: The estimated time that it will take for the restaurant to fulfill the delivery portion of the order after it has been prepared (measured in minutes).
Estimate Threshold: The dollar amount that an order incurs so that when surpassed, the Prep Time can be adjusted to compensate.
Estimate Increment: The number of minutes to add to the Prep Time every time the Estimate Threshold is met.
Standard Delivery: Overrides the Standard Delivery Minimum set for the restaurant for the selected location only (measured in dollars).
Catering Delivery: Overrides the Standard Catering Minimum set for the restaurant for the selected location only (measured in dollars).
Order In Advance (Days): The number of days that an order can be placed into the future.
Entering "0" - Allows for same day orders.
Entering "-1" - Disables order ahead days.
