This article describes the Pay at Store feature and how to set it up inside Lunchbox

What is Pay at Store?

When a guest is on the checkout page after creating an order, they will see an option in the “Payment Info” section to “Pay Full Amount” or pay “Partial Amount.” Certain states allow guests to pay for their order in-store/with cash.

Paying in the full amount allows the guest to pay for the order online with their CC fully.

Paying the “Partial Amount” allows the guest to choose how much of the order they want to pay online vs. in-store.

Steps to configure Pay at Store in Lunchbox

Step 1: Log into LB dashboard

Step 2: Click Payments < Payment Configuration < add payment configuration

Step 3: Add a description to your Payment Configuration

Step 4: Select Pay at Store

Step 5: Save
