Native Ordering - Other Payment Options

Other payment options are built into Toast and how payments are made in Toast from the Lunchbox dashboard. It is very important that these are set up properly to ensure that Toast reporting is accurate.

Step 1: To create Lunchbox as a Payment, from the Toast Admin Dashboard, locate Payments and click Other Payment Options:

Step 2: Click Add then type in “Lunchbox Payment” then make sure that the Target and Owner are configured to the parent group. Hit Save then Publish. (This must be done for each location if the Restaurant Partner (RP) has no Master Menu Management (MMM).)
