Under a location, when scrolling down, there is a blue button labeled Receipt Emails. Receipt emails allow you to select emails that will be notified every time an order is placed by a customer. The types of orders you can specify receipt emails for are:
Delivery: When orders are placed for delivery.
Pickup: When orders are placed for pickup.
Dine In: When orders are placed on in-store kiosks.
Catering: Emails provided here will receive notifications when a Catering Request is accepted and assigned to this location as well as the day of when the Catering order is to be fulfilled.
Once you make any changes, be sure to click the blue button below marked Save. If you don't click Save, the changes you’ve made will not be committed. We always suggest going into your ordering site/app after making a change and verifying it from a customer's point of view.
