Web Design: Sign In Options (LB 2.0)

Overview

The Sign-in options on the Web are controlled via the Sign-in feature. We have full control over the display of sign-in options.

Prerequisites

Before enabling Google Sign In, please be sure that everything is completed by your Lunchbox Point of Contact, including:

  • Setting Up Google Cloud Platform and Firebase

  • Setting Up Google SSO

  • Setting Up Google Firebase Project

Before enabling Apple Sign In, please be sure that action items are completed by your Lunchbox Point of Contact, including:

  • Obtaining Client ID for Apple Sign In

Before enabling Okta Sign in, please be sure that action items are completed by your Lunchbox Point of Contact, including Okta settings:

  • Android Login Redirect Url

  • Client ID

  • Enable (set to true)

  • Foreign Auth Config Fields

  • Ios Login Redirect Url

  • Issuer Url

  • Scopes

  • Web Login Redirect Uri

Limitations

  • Apple Sign In is not available for Web or Web mobile if restaurant partners don’t have a Lunchbox App.

Enable Social Sign In

Follow these steps to activate sign-in options on the ordering website. Log in to the Admin dashboard and:

Step 1: Navigate to Design> Web> Sign in options

IMPORTANT NOTE: To obtain the Client ID, please reach out to your Lunchbox Point of Contact to gather this information from configurations.

Step 2:

  • Enable Email Sign in

    • This setting will enable "Email" and "Password" field in login and sign up modal

  • Enable Google Sign In

    • This setting will enable the ‘Continue With Google’ button in the login and sign-up modal.

    • Toggle Google Sign In on and enter the Client ID in Google or provided by your LB Point of Contact. The Client ID is the identifier associated with an application.

    • Save and test on your order site

  • Enable Apple Sign In

    • This setting will enable the ‘Continue With Apple’ button in the login and sign-up modal.

    • Toggle Apple Sign In on and enter the Client ID in Google or provided by your LB Point of Contact. The Client ID is the identifier associated with an application.

    • Save and test on your order site

  • Enable Okta Sign In

    • This setting will enable "Login With Okta" button in login and sign up modal
