Web Design: Rewards Page

This setting activates the rewards page on web in the user's profile.

Overview

Rewards page customization brings control over displaying the Reward page and its content. In this article, we'll cover functionality that is controlled via the Admin dashboard and how applied changes reflect on the web ordering platform.


Navigation

To access the Rewards page settings, log in to the client Admin dashboard and

  1. Select Design from the left sidebar

  2. Select Web

  3. Select Rewards Page


Display Rewards Page

This setting controls whether the Rewards page is shown on the web ordering platform. The client must have an active loyalty program to enable the option.

  • Toggle set to Active: The Rewards page is displayed. A background photo must be uploaded in order to save the configuration.

  • Toggle set to Inactive: The Rewards page is hidden.

If the Display Rewards Page toggle is inactive in the Admin Dashboard,

Then there is no access to the Rewards page on the web ordering platform.

To show the Rewards page on the Web ordering platform:

  1. Set the Display Rewards Page toggle to active in the Admin Dashboard

  2. Upload a background photo

  3. Select the Save button

Users can view the Rewards page and view the listed content, such as loyalty points balance (current points and optionally lifetime points), available rewards, perks, and tiers.

Rewards Background Image requirements:

  • Accepted File Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG. WEBP, GIF

  • File Size Limits: up to 2MB

  • Dimensions (recommended): 1200X350

  • If the image is not the recommended dimensions, images will be centered and cover their containers


Display Perks

To display perks on the web:

  1. Set the Display Perks toggle to active

  2. Select Save

The Perks section will be displayed on the Rewards page, under the Available Rewards tab.


Display Secondary button

This setting will display a button in the rewards page. You can use it to send the user to a specific page on your website.

  1. Set the toggle Display Secondary button to active

  2. Enter Secondary Button Text

  3. Enter Secondary button URL destination

  4. Select Save

On the Rewards page, we can see the Secondary button that can take the customer to the designated destination.

The Start Order button is always present by default.


Hide Lifetime Points

This setting will hide the Lifetime Balance section. To hide them:

  1. Set the Hide Lifetime Balance toggle to active

  2. Select Save

The Lifetime points won't be shown on the web ordering platform.

However, if the client uses a conversion-based system, the LT balance won't be visible.

The LT points are only visible when the chain has a Tier or Bank loyalty system configured.


Display Anniversary Date

To show the Sign Up Date (anniversary date),

  1. Set the toggle Display Anniversary Date to active

  2. Select Save

This setting will display the Anniversary Date (aka Sign Up Date) of the customer at the bottom of the Rewards page


Hide Tiers

To hide tiers,

  1. Set the Hide Tiers toggle to active

  2. Select Save

This setting will hide all Tiers, including the user’s current Tier and its details, directly on the Rewards page. If disabled, it’s recommended to present this information under a secondary button, such as ‘Learn More’ or within the Terms & Conditions page.
