This report was developed to show a breakdown of orders and sales for Web vs App orders. It is broken up into 3 sections:
Web vs App Total Orders, Sales & Avg Ticket
Web vs App (Order Count)
Web vs App (Sales Total)
This report can be filtered by date and location to view the Web vs App data.
How are Sales calculated?
Web Order: The sum of orders placed using Web and Mobile Web ordering sites based on the filters selected
Web Sales: The Subtotal sum of orders placed using Web and Mobile Web ordering sites based on the filters selected
App Order: The sum of orders placed using iOS and Android Mobile Apps based on the filters selected
App Sales: The Subtotal sum of orders placed using iOS and Android Mobile Apps based on the filters selected
