Operate: Locations - Set up the Store Images (LB 2.0)

Overview

The Store Image represents a restaurant location visually on both the ordering website and mobile apps. This image helps guests easily identify the restaurant and can improve the branding experience. Each location can upload its own unique image based on the restaurant settings.


Image Requirements

Image files must follow these rules:

  1. Accepted formats are PNG, SVG, GIF, JPEG, and JPG

  2. Maximum file size is 2MB

  3. Maximum upload size is 2MB

  4. Recommended dimensions are 2000 by 1000 pixels

💡 Store Images can only be uploaded individually per location this is a location-level adjustment.

Add a Store image

Step 1: Navigate to Operate > Locations

Step 2: Find the location that requires a Store Image change. Select More> Edit on the right side of the selected location.

Step 3: Scroll to the Store Info panel. In the Store Image upload field, we can:

  • Drag & Drop an image into the field, or

  • Click Upload File and select an image from your device.

Step 4: Scroll down and click Save at the bottom of the page to update the store image.


Remove a Store Image

Step 1: Follow Steps 1 and 2 from the previous example. Navigate to Operate > Locations. Select More> Edit

Step 2: Inside the Store Image field, click the X (remove) icon to delete the current image.

Step 3: Scroll down and click Save to confirm removal.

Step 4: Verify Removal. Open the brand’s ordering page and refresh the browser to confirm that the image has been removed.


Verification Steps

  1. Confirm the correct location card was edited

  2. Refresh the ordering website to confirm the new image appears

Support & Escalation Path

If a store image cannot be uploaded or does not display correctly:

  1. Contact the organization’s technical lead or manager.

  2. Submit a support request with the location name and screenshot of the error.
