Customer Lunchbox Loyalty Audit Overview
Restaurants looking for a quick way to audit loyalty accrual can now easily export a report directly from the Lunchbox Admin Dashboard.
Pulling a Lunchbox Loyalty Report to Audit Customer Usage Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Lunchbox Admin Dashboard by clicking Jump to Admin while logged into a user with Admin Dashboard Permissions.
Step 2: Click Analytics>Loylaty Reports>+ Request Report
Step 3: Select the following...
Select Report Type: Loyalty Earned
Perk Type: Leave Blank
Perk Name: Leave Blank
Start Date & End Date: Lunchbox recommends pulling this report on a weekly or once every two weeks basis.
Click Confirm
The Status will appear in a Not Started Status upon initial request
Step 4: Once ready to download the status will update to Success and a download icon will appear to the left of the record. This screen does not automaticaly refresh so you will need to refresh your screen. Click the Cloud Download Icon.
Once download is completed the record will appear in your downloads
Note: This report will generate on a per-transaction basis.
Step 5: Upload the downloaded report to Google Drive in the Shared Restaurant Partner folder that was created for you during your onboarding process. You can also use your own personal drive if you use the GSuite. This can be done by dragging the file onto the screen.
Step 6: Once the file is uploaded double click the file to open the CSV. Next click Open with and Google Sheets.
Step 7: Next sort the sheet by column B by clicking the box at the top left-hand corner of the sheet to highlight all cells>Data>Sort Range>Advanced range sorting options
Step 8: Next in the Sort Range from... pop up select the following...
Check the Data has header row checkbox
Select User Name
Click Sort
Step 9: Next click Gemini and Analyze data
Step 10: In the ask Gemini Field type the following prompt...
Find Duplicate User Names and total the number of times that appear more than 1 in column b and also include the User Mobile Number.
Click the small blue arrow button to the bottom right corner of the field.
Step 11: This will help to generate a list of users with loyalty transactions above a qty of 1.
Step 12: Next search the sheet for the name of the user with multiple transactions and you can proceed to investigate this users history using the Lunchbox Dashboard. Note Column E is the Order Number.
