How to Transfer an Order in the Lunchbox Command Center
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into Your Account 0:14
Ensure you are logged into your Lunchbox account.
If you are an admin, click on the 'Jump to Admin' button.
Step 2: Access the Orders Page 0:26
You will be directed to the orders page.
The page typically displays the day's orders.
You can filter orders by:
Date
Location
Status
Service Type
You can also sort and show/hide different columns.
Step 3: Select the Order to Transfer 0:48
Find the order you want to transfer (e.g., an order for the 13th at the Williamsburg location).
Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the order.
Step 4: Edit the Order 1:12
Select 'Edit Order' from the options.
Step 5: Choose the New Location 1:36
Ensure all order details are correct (e.g., guest count).
Click 'Get Locations' to see available transfer locations.
Select the desired new location (e.g., Flatiron location).
Step 6: Change the Order 2:15
If you only need to change the location, click 'Change Order'.
If you need to add or remove items, confirm and edit the items as necessary.
Step 7: Confirm Transfer 2:32
A pop-up will appear if the menu is not available at both locations.
If the menu is global, the items will transfer over without issues.
Step 8: Verify the Order Change 3:00
Return to the orders page to confirm the order now shows the new location (Flat Iron).
Additional options available include:
Edit order
Print/download receipt
Cancel order
View payment and email history
