Lunchbox relies on the POS as the source of truth for taxes. With this in mind, we recommend reviewing your tax rates across your locations ahead of onboarding to ensure that the rates are up-to-date. This will ensure that Lunchbox reflects the correct tax amount on your guests' orders.
Setup/Confirm Tax Rates
Step 1: Click the Financial Drop Down>Tax Types
Step 2: Click the +Add Tax Type Button
Step 3: Add the Tax Type in the field according to local regulations
Step 4: Click Save Changes
Step 5: Click the Sites Dropdown > Sites and Groups
Step 6: Click the Pen Icon to the left of the site that you are editing.
Step 7: Click Tax Rates Tab
Step 8: Click into the Tax Rate % and assign the percentage
