Overview
Here's a simple instruction for submitting a Wallet Drop request. To initiate the process, please submit the Wallet Drop request.
Please note:
All requests must include a POS Discount ID that is active and redeemable across all participating locations, as configured in the restaurant partner’s POS system. Once the wallet drop is configured in Lunchbox, it will be made available for partner testing.
Wallet Drop submissions must be received at least 5 business days before the desired drop date.
Any changes must be requested at least two business days prior to the drop.
Post-drop changes will not be accommodated.
