Points Promotions (Multiple Points Days)
The ability to use loyalty points feature has become a top requested item from our clients to be the following enhancement in our Loyalty Program. We are introducing the ability to configure specific days where a bonus multiplier of points will be applied.
Points Promotions works by enabling users to configure specific days when they can earn loyalty points at an adjusted ratio based on dollars spent. This feature incentivizes increased customer engagement and spending during these special promotion days.
Clients with different points ratios for different tiers will automatically be handled. If you are giving gold tier guests 1.5 points for every dollar spent and there is a 2x points promo, the gold guests will get 3 points per dollar (1.5 x 2 = 3)
Customer Engagement: Restaurants can use this feature to engage with their customers on specific dates, creating excitement and anticipation.
Boost Sales: By offering a different multiple of points on designated days, restaurants can encourage customers to spend more. This can lead to increased sales during these promotional periods.
Customer Loyalty: Increasing the value of loyalty points earned with Points Promotions can enhance customer loyalty. Customers are more likely to choose the restaurant over competitors due to the potential for greater rewards.

Points Promotions Configuration
Select Points Promotion in the Loyalty section and then select create. Add a label and description, a date, and the multiple of promotional points to award.
