For refunding payments, always use the Admin Dashboard to process refunds through the LB system. Alternatively, you can refund transactions via the Adyen dashboard and track the transaction status after issuing the refund.
To refund payments in Adyen:
Login to the Adyen dashboard
Navigate to Transactions > Payments
Locate the transaction you want to refund by selecting its PSP reference. The status should be SentForSettle or Settled.
Once you select the PSP reference (order ID), you’ll be taken to the order page.
In the top-right corner, click the Refund button to open the refund modal.
In the modal, you can adjust the refund amount and optionally select a refund reason
