IMPORTANT NOTE: To track transaction statuses, you need to have access to the Adyen dashboard. Please submit a request to Siit to gain access to the Adyen dashboard for a specific chain.
To track transactions and their statuses:
Login to Adyen dashboard
Navigate to Transactions > Payments
When the list of transactions appears, select Status and select the desired status(es)
Once you find the transaction (PSP Reference) you are looking for, you can select it to see more details
