Customer Launch Checks after Onboarding

Ensure maximum online presence and success by checking the following:

  1. Link your ordering URL on your website - 'Order Now' button

  2. Update Location-Specific URLS on your website and other areas online

  3. Check Hours, Links & Tags on Google My Business

    1. Remove other competitors from your Google My Business Profile by following these instructions and make Lunchbox your preferred provider.

      3. Ask the provider's support team to be excluded from being listed on your Business Profile.

      4. To remove a specific unauthorized provider from your Business Profile, use the "opt out form".

  7. Update Links in Social Posts, Promoted Ads, and Other Areas the Brand is Visible Online

    1. Log in and go to your Facebook page: Access your Facebook account and navigate to the page where you want to add the order button.

    2. Add a button: Locate the "Add a Button" option, usually found under the cover photo or banner.

    3. Select "Start Order": From the list of available action buttons, choose "Start Order".

    4. Enter your online ordering URL: You'll be prompted to enter the web address (URL) of your online ordering system (e.g., your website's ordering page)

    5. Save the changes: Click "Save" to finalize the addition of the "Start Order" button.

  13. For Order Aggregation Launches

    1. Contact each 3PD Marketplace Rep or Support Staff and double check your restaurant category tags and information (ie Fried Chicken, Organic, Serves Alcohol etc) are up to date. 3PD Marketplaces are very busy onboarding many clients, and these steps have been known to be missed. Call support, and they can assist in getting these set up accordingly. Improperly tagged restaurants lead to decreased visibility when guests are searching the 3PD Marketplace for something to eat.

  14. If leveraging Scan to Pay and/or Scan for Loyalty, make sure your staff is aware of the expected guest experience by reviewing this article. Consider making these directions accessible to your staff at the cashier via printing the directions or creating a dynamic QR code that staff can scan to pull up the directions on their phone.
