Introduction: Bring Your Own Loyalty Provider

Clients can carry over to existing relationships with popular loyalty providers (e.g., Punchh, Paytronix, etc.).

  • All-In-One Guest Experience (Lunchbox) - Beautiful ordering and loyalty user experiences for your guests. Design has always been at the core of Lunchbox's DNA. No outside agency needed

  • There is no loyalty migration process needed. All loyalty data remains in the same location, and all your loyalty admin processes will stay the same.

  • If you want to switch to LB loyalty, we'll make it easy for you and your guests.

  • Guests will experience the exact same loyalty UI/UX as before.

WHERE DOES THE USER RECORD LIVE?

Lunchbox keeps a record of the user along with your BYO Loyalty Provider

HOW DO YOU PREVENT DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS?

Lunchbox can send your BYO Loyalty Provider mobile phone numbers which are a unique identifier, preventing fraud and duplicate account creation

WILL GUESTS BE ABLE TO ACCRUE/REDEEM REWARDS ONLINE?

Yes, your BYO Loyalty Provider will receive order history to perform reward accruals and redemptions are verified with your BYO Loyalty Provider as well before a guest checks out

WHO SENDS THE ORDER TO THE POS?

Once all loyalty redemption information is gathered for any valid items in the cart, Lunchbox is responsible for sending it to the POS

IS THERE A SEPARATE COST FOR MY BYO LOYALTY PROVIDER?

With a separate best-in-class loyalty system, there are a separate set of fees associated with usage of the platform. You will need to discuss this directly with your BYO Loyalty Provider rep

DO I NEED A SEPARATE CONTRACT FOR MY BYO LOYALTY PROVIDER?

Yes, since your BYO Loyalty Provider is a separate, although integrated loyalty provider, you will need to sign a separate contract with them

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY POS LATER?

Your loyalty info will remain with your BYO Loyalty Provider and Lunchbox will remain as the party posting orders to the POS system. Please request a list of integrated POS systems to verify.

IS LUNCHBOX INTEGRATED WITH YOUR BYO LOYALTY PROVIDER’S GIFT CARDS?

Simply put, yes. For both off-premise and on-premise transactions. Please consult our POS integration list for the two companies.
