To access cross-selling or upselling in Lunchbox Essential, go to Marketing in the menu bar.

Click the Cross-sell and Upsell tab.

In this tab, you can both cross-sell and upsell to your customers.

In the Cross-Sell tab, you can show other menu items to your customers to cross-sell. Select up to 10 items and those items will be shown on the checkout screen of your customers.

​Step 1: Search the menu items you would like to add in the Search bar.

Step 2: Click the 'Add' button on the item list.

Step 3: See the item on the right on the Cross-Sell Items list. You will also see the items that you added on the Checkout page under the title ‘You Might Also Like'.

In the Upsell tab, you can show other menu items to your customers to upsell. you can select up to 10 items and they will be shown when your customer clicks ‘Checkout’ in your menu.

Step 1: Search the menu items you would like to add in the Search bar.

Step 2: Click the 'Add' button on the item list.

Step 3: See the item listed in the Upsell Items list on the right. You will also see the items that you added in the Checkout page under the title ‘You Might Also Like’.
