Overview

Page title and page description are used in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to provide information about the content of a web page to search engines

SEO parameters configuration

To set up the page title and page description, we must be logged in to the Admin dashboard and then follow the steps:

Step 1: Select Design> Web from the left sidebar and then choose the SEO

Step 2: Enter the Page title, a brief, concise description of the page's content, which is displayed in search engine results as the clickable link to the page. The title will also display in the website tab. It has a 70-character limit.

Step 3: Enter the Page description, a longer, more detailed summary of the page's content, which is also displayed in search engine results below the page title. Page Description will not display on the ordering site and has a 160-character limit. Strong descriptions usually include cuisine or specialty, location, and a call to action.

For example, "Family-owned Italian kitchen serving wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, and house-made gelato in downtown Chicago. Order online for pickup or delivery today."

Step 4: Whether we want to add a page title, a page name, or both, after entering the text, we need to select the Save button to save our settings.
