My Account Overview

This article outlines how to change your password as User, as well as how to update your account information as a User or as a Customer.

Update Profile
Step 1: Navigate to your restaurant’s Management Dashboard (example: www.{chainName}-staging.novadine.com) and select the My Account icon:
Step 2: Log into your account:
Step 3: Navigate to the Management Dashboard by selecting the Gear icon:
Step 4: From the Management Dashboard, select My Account:
Step 5: Navigate to My Profile and make your desired account changes like your personal information, contact information and/or password
Step 6: Once you have made your desired changes, click Update Account to save:
Change Password
There is also a shortcut if you would like to simply change your password. In order to do so, follow Steps 1-3 to log in and then navigate to the Password tab to update your login password:
