In order for orders to flow through to the POS from Lunchbox, Online Ordering has to be enabled.
This articles reviews how to enable your restaurant for Online Ordering in NorthStar.
Enable Online Ordering
Step 1: Log in to ECM (Enterprise Content Management)
Step 2: Click the Blue Order Entry Box
Step 3: Click the Sites Dropdown > Sites and Groups
Step 4: From the Sites Tab click the Pen Icon to the left of the Site Name.
Step 5: Click Online Ordering Tab
Step 6: Click the “Enabled for online ordering” checkbox.
Step 7: Enter the site’s public IP address under IP Address

From your desktop inside of the restaurant go to whatismyipaddress.com and copy the iPv4 value and paste it into the IP Address field in ECM.
Step 8: Click Apply to save the configuration
