Introduction
Here is a quick step-by-step guide on how to turn on your location that is ready to launch.
Note: The location should only be turned on after you receive an email from your Implementation Project Manager with the steps below.
How do I turn my location on when I am ready to launch?
Step 1 . Log into your Lunchbox Admin Dashboard
Step 2. Click on Locations
Step 3. Click on Select a Different Location
Step 4. Click on "store search" to find the location you wish to turn on
Step 5. Scroll down and click "edit location."
Step 6. Make sure the field "Test Store" is set to "NO". This will ensure your store is no longer in testing mode
Step 7. Make sure the field "Status" is set to "Live".
Step 8. Double-check both "Status" and"Test Store" fields before hitting SAVE
Step 9. Please email us at [email protected] and let us know your location has been turned on
