Q: What happens with a claimed reward when the order is canceled or refunded?

A: After canceling the order (for whatever reason), the points used for purchasing bankable perks are back in the user's wallet. The previously claimed reward could be available for them to claim again, if it's still active in the system

Q: What happens if a user earns enough points to claim a reward that is no longer available on the menu? Will the system still allow them to claim it, even though it can’t be redeemed?

A: Following the current logic, users won't be able to see the option to claim a reward, or a reward won't be presented

Q: Can users claim multiple bank rewards per order?

A: Not in MVP. Only one claim is allowed per order.

Q: Can bank rewards be used with credit-based systems (e.g., 100 points = $5)?

A: Yes. Users can choose to claim a bank reward even if they’re close to reaching a credit-based reward

Q: Can I offer both conversion rewards or a tier-based system and bank rewards?

A: Yes. They work in tandem, and users can earn/spend points across both.

Q: What happens if the cart item tied to the reward is removed from the menu?

A: The reward will no longer appear in the cart. It’s hidden unless the item is available and added to the cart

Q: Can a user claim a bank reward and also redeem a reward for the same order?

A: During the ordering process, the user can claim a bank reward in the cart page, but at the same time, redeem a reward they have in their wallet. Bank rewards can be combined with a standard reward, but not with other bank rewards
